Club Recipe: Snowed In Cocktail

This week's club recipe has a Christmas theme and is a perfect treat to enjoy across the festive period.

Ingredients:

  • Whiskey Tumbler Glass
  • Cocktail Shaker & strainer
  • Spirit measure
  • 50ml Baileys
  • 25ml Cointreau
  • 5ml Coffee Liqueur
  • 50ml Semi skimmed milk
  • Ice Cubes
  • Nutmeg

Method:

  1. Add 50ml of Baileys into a cocktail shaker
  2. Add 25ml of Cointreau to the shaker
  3. Add 12.5ml of Coffee Liqueur into the shaker
  4. Add 50ml of semi skimmed milk into the shaker
  5. Shake the ingredients with ice cubes
  6. Strain the mixture into a whisky tumbler that is half filled with ice
  7. Grate some nutmeg on the top of the drink
  8. Garnish with your favourite festive treat
