Club recipe: Father's Day feast

Treat your dad to a Father’s Day feast courtesy of AFC Bournemouth Hospitality & Events.

Our recipe for the big day on Sunday is a delicious two-course offering which will get dad’s taste buds tingling.

The main course is a sumptuous Gressingham Duck breast served with glazed endive and wild garlic & mushroom risotto.

And for dessert, it’s a delectable chocolate & Bailey’s tart with toffee ganache & Chantilly cream.
