Nathan Ake was on hand to pick up his EA Sports in-form card, after making Team of the Week.
An excellent few days began at Chelsea, where the Dutch international kept a clean sheet and scored the final goal of a remarkable 3-0 win at Stamford Bridge.
It was then backed up during the fixture against Stoke City last weekend, where Ake played all 90 minutes of the 2-1 victory.
