AFC Bournemouth are immensely proud to launch a brand-new pride range to support the LGBT community.
Ahead of Pride Month, the club will be selling items of clothing and accessories with 10% of profits going to Bournemouth’s local pride charity, Bourne Free.
Right from the beginning of the process, the club’s LGBT supporters’ group Proud Cherries have been influential in the process.
The inspiration behind the pride collection is deeply entrenched in the club’s ethos that together, anything is possible, with the club striving to continue to provide a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
Whether you are a Proud Cherry or an ally keen to support those who are, the range is for any Cherries supporter.

Members of Proud Cherries were involved in the launch photoshoot, as well as allies from the club’s product ambassador programme and members of club staff who wanted to show their support.

Head of retail Justin Bailey said: “We’re absolutely delighted to launch the pride range both online and in store and there was no better time with Pride Month this month.
“Ever since we had the idea of physically showing our support, we wanted to get feedback from Proud Cherries and we’ve kept them involved during every step of the way.
“Football is for absolutely everyone and all of us here at AFC Bournemouth are really pleased to continue to show that by supporting people in the LGBT community.”
Shiv Meaker, a supporter since 1987 and member of Proud Cherries, added: “The range looks fantastic and the club have done a really good job.
“We had the first call about the initial pride range four weeks ago and the club have really listened to us as well.
“It’s great that the club have done this and hopefully we’ll see supporters with the range at matches.”
