Vote for your Goal of the Month

The nominations are in for October's Goal of the Month award, as sponsored by Strategic Solutions.

Jefferson Lerma, Dan Gosling, Arnaut Danjuma and Jordan Zemura are all up for the accolade, with the Cherries having gone another month unbeaten in the Championship.

The under-21s have also enjoyed friendlies against QPR, Eastleigh and Southampton, as well as reaching the Hampshire Senior Cup final with a 3-2 win over Moneyfields.

Jefferson Lerma's strike against Coventry at the start of the month is nominated for the award, the Colombia international driving a powerful first-time finish beyond Marko Marosi to open the scoring early on.

From the same game, Dan Gosling grabbed the headlines for a superb brace, the second of his goals making our shortlist.

After beating his man in the middle of the park, the midfielder lifted his head and struck from 30-yards, leaving Marosi with little chance and restoring his side's two-goal advantage.

Arnaut Danjuma's contribution to the three points against Bristol City just last week earns his strike a place within our four nominees.

The winger came off the bench in the second-half and had the ball in the back of the net just six minutes later, his chip over Daniel Bentley from Dominic Solanke's through-ball proving the difference on the night.

Young full-back Jordan Zemura is also nominated for our Goal of the Month award, after he opened the scoring in a 5-1 friendly win for the under-21s over Eastleigh.

Bombing forward on the left-flank, he finished a superb team move by depositing Dinesh Gillela's inch-perfect cross into the bottom corner first time.
