Voting is now open for the Strategic Solutions Goal of the Month.

Dominic Solanke has two goals nominated, while strikes from Philip Billing and under-18s winger Michael Dacosta Gonzalez also make the cut.

The Cherries end November sat second in the SkyBet Championship, seven points clear of third-placed QPR, after one win, two draws and two defeats.

Solanke's first nomination comes from the 4-0 win at home to Swansea three weeks ago. After netting twice, it's the second one that caught the eye after poking home a superb cross from Leif Davis after Jaidon Anthony won the ball back.

Six days later, Dacosta Gonzalez's effort in a 2-1 victory at Aston Villa impressed. He opened the scoring in the first-half with a fine free-kick which flew into the top corner, giving the Cherries an early lead in their friendly win.

Despite a defeat to Derby County, Solanke's second nomination comes from Pride Park. A fine team move which started at the back was finished low by the striker after being played in by Jefferson Lerma.

Billing completes the line-up for November, with his latest goal coming in the 2-2 draw against Coventry City just last weekend. Anthony's cross picked out the midfielder perfectly, with his touch guiding it home smartly.

Head to Twitter to have your say and watch back the four goals below.
