AFC Bournemouth AFC Bournemouth

AFC Bournemouth have closed Vitality Stadium and its customer-facing functions, in line with the Government’s latest advice regarding non-essential contact with others during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This decision has been made to ensure the health and wellbeing of employees and supporters – which is the club’s utmost priority.

The Superstore will be closed for in-person purchases until further notice, however online sales will remain available at superstore.afcb.co.uk, and the Superstore can be reached by calling 0344 576 1910 (option 2).

Similarly, the ticket office at Vitality Stadium is currently closed and all future ticket sales have been suspended, pending the outcome of Thursday’s Premier League meeting.

For ticketing queries, visit tickets.afcb.co.uk, email [email protected] or call 0344 576 1910 (option 1).

As previously announced, tickets purchased for postponed matches will remain valid when the Premier League fixtures are rearranged.

The club’s hospitality and events team are able to continue taking enquiries regarding functions at Vitality Stadium for later in the year, via [email protected].

All staff affected by this decision will continue to be paid in full throughout the temporary closure, and the club will continue to review the closure of Vitality Stadium in line with Government advice.

Updates will continue via afcb.co.uk and on the club’s official social media channels, on Twitter (@afcbournemouth), Facebook (@afcbournemouth) and Instagram (@officialafcb).

Supporters are advised to proactively keep up to date with the latest government advice on best practice in relation to stopping the spread of the virus, which can be found here.

Anyone who has recently travelled to the United Kingdom from a country with a high risk of coronavirus, or who is displaying any of the below symptoms, should immediately seek medical advice by calling the NHS 111 service or stay at home for 14 days.

The symptoms include:

- A new, continuous cough

- A high temperature
