Vacancies: Matchday supporter services

AFC Bournemouth are looking for polite and proactive people to join the club's matchday team.

There are a number of roles available to apply for within the matchday supporter services team as the club looks to improve fan experience at Vitality Stadium.

Matchday Supporter Services Team

The Supporter Services team will be responsible for assisting supporters with entry via turnstiles, queue management and any ticketing queries.

Following the introduction of automated turnstiles at the start of the 2017/18 season, the club is now looking to introduce a team to check for ticket misuse at the turnstiles.

You will need to be polite, calm and passionate about providing excellent customer services to all supporters at Vitality Stadium.

Team members will need to be calm under pressure, able to make quick decisions and confident in assisting members of the Club’s supporter base.
