AFC Bournemouth
Sam Surridge has completed a season-long loan move with Championship side Swansea City.
The 21-year-old striker will play the remainder of the campaign with the Liberty Stadium club, though AFC Bournemouth have a recall option in January.
Surridge played two games in the Premier League as a substitute last season and also featured regularly during the Cherries' pre-season matches, scoring in the win away at Brentford last month.
The club would like wish Sam all the best for his loan spell.
