AFC Bournemouth
Supporters are advised to be aware of changes being implemented in the South Car Park at Vitality Stadium, as a result of BCP utilising their contractual rights to apply charges on matchdays. These changes will take effect from Saturday’s fixture against Fulham.
Charges now apply 24 hours, 7 days a week, including matchdays. The charges for cars are as follows:
- Up to 1 hour - £1
- Up to 2 hours - £1.50
- Up to 4 hours - £3.50
- Up to 24 hours - £5
Charges for lorries and coaches in the lorry car park, which is to the south of the main South Stand car park are as follows:
- Up to 4 hours - £4
- 24 hours - £9
Supporters should note that the South Car Park operates as cashless, with options to pay by mobile, app or phone to the number displayed on the sign. In order to pay, supporters should download either the Pay by Phone, Ringo or Just Park app. Location numbers are as follows:
- Cars – Location No. 59046
- Coaches and Lorries – Location No. 59146
The Club will continue to direct supporters arriving at either car park on a matchday.
Accessible Parking
Blue Badge Holders using the South Stand car park will need to display a valid BCP Council Disabled Tax-Exempt Vehicle parking permit (DTEV), which enables permit holders to park in most BCP off-street and pay and display car parks without buying a ticket.
Where Blue Badge holders do not have a valid DTEV, charges within the South Stand car park will apply. To find out more about the DTEV, please click here.
Please note, there are 27 accessible spaces in the Main Car Park which will be available on a first come, first served basis at no charge. Matchday parking attendants do also allow for disabled supporters to be dropped off within the main car park.
Parking Restrictions
Please note that on matchdays, a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) is in place prohibiting all parking from three hours prior to kick-off and three hours after kick-off from the roundabout at the top of Kings Park Drive to the junction with Kings Park Central Drive (right turn going across the park, past the café to Ashley Road).
Part of Thistlebarrow Road is also covered by the TTRO. These sections of road will be displaying notices to confirm the above.
Both areas under the TTRO and the South Stand car park will be subject to BCP Council parking enforcement which, if not adhered to, will incur fines.
Thistlebarrow Road is also recognised as a main pick-up point, providing it is not within the coned/TTRO prohibited areas.
Alternative Parking and Travel Arrangements:
- Avonbourne Academy – Approximately a ten-minute walk from the ground, offers a limited number of free parking with two accessible spaces.
- Sovereign Shopping Centre – Approximately a 15-minute walk from the ground, offers multiple accessible parking spaces at a low cost (£2 for 4 hours).
There are cycle stands in three locations adjacent to Vitality Stadium and Beryl Bikes offers drop off/pick up location by the South Stand Car Park. The stadium is also well served by a new cycle lane. For other transport options, please see our Supporter Guides here.
Sponsors and supporters with pre-arranged parking in the Main Car Park, directly in front of the Main Stand, will not incur charges of matchdays.
We kindly ask supporters to be considerate to our local residents if parking in nearby roads. Parking Enforcement Officers will also operate in these areas on a matchday.
