Another week has been and gone in the Premier League’s fantasy football game and, with a high average score of 58, points were coming in thick and fast for users.
A win for the Cherries, thanks to goals from Callum Wilson and Jordon Ibe, meant that those in the AFC Bournemouth fan league enjoyed a particularly high scoring week, with Stefan Vukasinovic currently leading the way on 1,500 points.
A gameweek score of 93 was made up with the likes of Marko Arnautovic, Mo Salah and Heung-Min Son all recording double figures.
Additionally, Harry Kane as captain proved to be a good choice, with the frontman scoring 26 points, whilst Marcos Alonso and Phil Jones both kept clean sheets.
Fabio Borges is hot on Stefan’s heels, sitting in second place on 1,476 points after recording a gameweek score of 90.
Similarly, Fabio had Arnautovic, Salah and Son in his team, as well as Firmino who netted for Liverpool, whilst Kane was also chosen as captain.
At the back, Cesar Azpilicueta kept a clean sheet alongside Jones, helping Fabio have another enjoyable week.
However, it was Max Berry who scored highest in the AFC Bournemouth fan league, with a remarkable 118 points.
Kane as captain got Max 26 points, whilst llkay Gundogan and Paul Pogba got a combined total of 24. Alongside them in midfield, Leroy Sane and Arnautovic were also in fine form as both Manchester City and West Ham scored seven goals between them.
In defence, all of Max’s side kept a clean sheet, with Antonio Valencia also bagging to gain 15 points. David de Gea between the sticks, Harry Maguire and Alonso made up the rest of his defence.
In the players’ league, it’s Nathan Ake who leads the way, after excellent performances from his front three. Jordan Ayew, Firmino and Kane came up trumps, whilst Salah bagged again from midfield.
Just behind Ake is Cherries youngster Jack Simpson, who scored 66 points this week. Clean sheets from de Gea and Alonso helped his side out massively, whilst Kane as captain once again was pivotal.
