Official FPL: Forwards on fire

AFC Bournemouth AFC Bournemouth

Unbeaten in three Premier League games, there are plenty of AFC Bournemouth options for your Fantasy Premier League.

In recent weeks, the strikers have been grabbing the headlines with eight goals in the last three games, so we take a look at who could be good for your team.

Yet more attacking returns for Wilson

Callum Wilson is one of just three players who have made attacking returns in every gameweek of the season so far.

Seven matches in and the striker has either scored or assisted every time he’s played, with Sergio Aguero and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang the only other players in the Premier League to do so.

Fresh from an England call up ahead of next week’s international break, Wilson will be hoping to make it eight from eight with regard to attacking returns.

He’s also netted in four straight Premier League games for the first time and will be looking to continue that streak against Arsenal on Sunday.

The 27-year-old’s price has gone up to £7.9 million in the last week, so he’s worth snapping up before it rises further.

The King delivers

24 points in the last three gameweeks speaks for itself with regard to Joshua King and his current form.

A goal, an assist and three bonus points against West Ham on Saturday meant that half those points came last weekend, while he also bagged double figures against Everton three weeks ago.

Playing on the wing, King has been tearing up defences with his pace and lethal balls into the box, with his performance against Southampton last month seeing him pick up the Man of the Match award for his efforts.

The Norway international is a slightly cheaper option to Wilson, costing £6.3 million, and he has started every single top flight game for Eddie Howe’s side this season, meaning he’s always in with a shout of points.

Solanke to bag?

He may have scored his first Cherries goal against Brentford in pre-season, but Dominic Solanke is still waiting to find the net in the Premier League for Eddie Howe’s side.

The frontman has featured in every gameweek for Bournemouth this season and has started the last three, where the side have gone unbeaten.

Owned by only 0.4% of users on the game, Solanke could be a good option given that few other players have him in their team, meaning a goal to his name could rocket you up your league.

He doesn’t break the bank either, costing just £5.4 million, an excellent price for a striker.
