Nathan Moriah-Welsh won his second senior international cap as he appeared for Guyana in their World Cup qualifier against Saint Kitts and Nevis on Friday evening.

The Cherries midfielder replaced Wrexham's Keanu Marsh-Brown with ten minutes remaining, Guyana already 3-0 down at the time, as the score would finish.

Taking place in Basseterre, Saint Kitts and Nevis, the result ends the Golden Jaguars' chances of qualification for the 2022 World Cup.

Keithroy Freeman's first-half brace gave visiting Guyana an uphill task and a third from West Brom's Romaine Sawyers after the break ended their hopes in the match, before Moriah-Welsh appeared from the bench.

Marcio Maximo and his squad now return home as they get set for their next fixture, their final one of the current qualification cycle, which comes against Puerto Rico in Georgetown on Tuesday.
