Matchday schedule: Middlesbrough

A photo outside Vitality Stadium.

AFC Bournemouth AFC Bournemouth

Our Carabao Cup run continues, and the Cherries face Championship opposition in Middlesbrough at Vitality Stadium.

With it being a midweek game, there’s some differing times to our usual opening hours and supporters are reminded that Harewood car park is not available for evening games.

IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST VISIT TO VITALITY STADIUM
Please plan to arrive and start the entry process 1 hour to 45 minutes before kick-off. You will have received instructions with your ticket on the do's and don'ts of entering via our automated turnstiles with your bar-coded ticket and staff will be on hand to assist you should you need it. However, there will also be enhanced searching of supporters and search/tag of all bags and these processes will take some time to go through so please arrive as early as you can to avoid missing the start of the game.

Do check out the supporters guide too as it will give you lots of useful information and contains a ground map to help you find your way around.

For our fans who regularly attend Vitality Stadium, if you enter the ground between 6.15pm-7pm, you'll enter the prize draw for a signed Lewis Cook shirt.

9am SUPERSTORE OPEN

Our Superstore will be open from 9am as usual, all the way until kick-off.

The store is also open 20 minutes after kick-off and we’ve got plenty of new merchandise, including our new third kit which made its debut against Stoke City on Saturday. It could be our new lucky kit!

9am TICKET OFFICE OPEN

The ticket office is open from 9am and there are no tickets available to purchase for the Middlesbrough fixture.

Tickets for Newcastle United away are on general sale, while Burnley and Southampton home tickets are both available to purchase.

The ticket office will be open 20 minutes after the game so supporters can purchase tickets for upcoming fixtures.

5pm SOUTH STAND CAR PARK OPEN

Just behind the stadium, the South Stand car park is open for just £1 to all supporters.

It does tend to fill up approximately 75 minutes before kick-off and there will be delays of up to half an hour leaving post-match. Please be aware you can exit the south car park and turn left, then right at the mini roundabout which will bring you out via Gloucester Road in Boscombe.

Alternatively, the Sovereign Centre on Christchurch Road, which is approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the ground, is available for matchday parking for both Saturday and week night games. Parking fees were reduced prior to the 2016/17 season and cost just £2 for 4 hours and £4 for 24 hours.

Several residential roads adjacent to the ground have parking restrictions which the club asks supporters to adhere to.

Where these do not exist, please be mindful of existing drive entrances and avoid parking illegally or unsafely. Residents have access to parking enforcement officers on a matchday and so to avoid any issues please respect their access.

5pm RETAIL POD OPEN

Our retail pod behind the Colmar Construction Ted MacDougall South Stand is open from 5pm and you can get your replica shirts and plenty more!

It's also open 20 minutes after the game.

5.00pm 1910 BAR OPEN

Want a drink before the game? The 1910 bar is open for home supporters and is located next to the press entrance in the Vitality Main Stand. Supporters are required to show home ticket on entry.

Hot food is available in the bistro section but this bar does get busy, so below is an alternative…

5.00pm THE GREAT ESCAPE OPEN

Get your al fresco refreshments from the Great Escape bar with a range of alcoholic, soft and hot beverages. It's located next to the Superstore and is outside, so make sure to wrap up warm!

5.00pm NORTH STAND FOOD KIOSK

If you fancy hot food or a hot or soft drink prior to the turnstiles opening, head for the kiosk at the back of the North Stand. The pies are home made and the burgers feature our chef’s special recipe dressing.

5.30pm DC LOUNGE OPEN

The DC Lounge is open to both home and away disabled supporters pre-match.

It is based on the ground floor and first floor in the Vitality East Stand for the use of disabled supporters only.
This offers Sky/BT Sport TV and a refreshment service, and a great opportunity for supporters to socialise before the match. There is also a lift available for supporters using the platform. There are also two accessible toilets and a matchday quiz as well.

6.15pm TURNSTILES OPEN

Supporters can take their seats from 6.15pm and make the most of our pre-match combo, which will be a pie and a pint for just £5, or a pie and hot/soft drink for £4, both offers available up to half an hour before kick-off. With enhanced security searches, we strongly advise supporters to arrive early, and not to bring a bag unless necessary as this will prolong searching time.
