Matchday Schedule: Leicester

AFC Bournemouth AFC Bournemouth

AFC Bournemouth’s first home game in September is against Leicester City on Saturday and for those who have never been to Vitality Stadium before or who join us for every home game, here’s a handy list of what’s happening on the day before kick-off.

The game will also be helping raise awareness of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, supporting the Bradley Lowery Foundation as they fundraise to aid further research into childhood cancer.

Supporters can collect their tickets for the Leicester game from 9am at one of the collection windows.

Tickets are also on sale for Burnley away (general sale), Blackburn Rovers in the Carabao Cup at home (1+ cup points) or Southampton at home (20+ home points).

The ticket office is also open 20 minutes after the final whistle.

Grab yourself a new home kit before the game with Leicester City – all shirt sizes are in stock.

The club have also had a delivery of trainingwear, with the popular coral training shirt also in stock.

The superstore will also remain open 20 minutes after the final whistle.

The South Stand car park, behind the stadium, costs just £1 to park; it does fill up roughly 75 minutes to kick-off, so arrive early.

For free parking just a 10-minute walk from the ground, Harewood College is open from 12.30pm– here’s a link on google maps.

Alternative parking can be found at Sovereign Shopping Centre for £2 for four hours or £4 for 24 hours.

If you choose to park elsewhere, please respect local residents.

12pm 1910 BAR OPEN

This is located next to the media entrance in the Vitality Main Stand and is for home supporters only.

This bar is a great place to meet prior to the game but it does get busy, so bear this in mind before arriving.

Hot food and drinks are available.

The Great Escape is a good alternative outdoors and is located outside of the Superstore.

Hot food and drinks are also available, just present your match ticket to get entry.

This is open to both home and visiting disabled supporters pre-match and is based on the ground floor and first floor of the Vitality East Stand.

There is a pre-match quiz as well as the Sky/BT early kick off being aired.

Supporters can take their seats from 1.30pm, please bear in mind that for supporters’ own safety, there will be 100% searches of every single supporter as well as bag searching/tagging. Please don’t bring a bag unless you absolutely need to.

Get inside the ground early to make the most of the pre-match combo, which is a pie/burger and a pint for £5. You can have a soft drink instead for £4 for the bundle, both available up to half an hour before kick-off.

The Junior Cherries meal deal is also available throughout - it’s just £2.50 when you present your JC membership card.

The new Bournemouth Foodbank point will be present at every matchday until the end of the season and is located just outside the Superstore entrance.

Voted by supporters, Bournemouth Foodbank are the club’s official supporters’ charity partner for the upcoming campaign and help local people in crisis through the provision of emergency food. Click here for more information.

There’s plenty of big screen videos and quizzes to keep you entertained and we will also be giving a special welcome to our fans’ champion Felix Brown – a young Cherries fan who was diagnosed with Leukaemia at the age of 10.

Felix Brown will deliver the matchball prior to kick-off; want to nominate a fans’ champion? Email [email protected] to put someone forward!

We get underway at 3pm in the Premier League – enjoy the game!
