AFC Bournemouth
England Under-21s return to Vitality Stadium on Tuesday evening for an exciting friendly with Germany Under-21s under the lights.
The game kicks-off at 7:45pm and supporters coming along are strongly advised to arrive at least one hour early to avoid any potential queues.
If you are part of a group please try to ensure each member has their own ticket and plan to meet inside the ground rather than outside to avoid delays. All supporters and bags will be searched prior to entering the ground and therefore please do not bring a bag with you unless absolutely necessary and check the restricted items information here
Here’s a list of what is open at the stadium ahead of kick-off so that you can plan your matchday:
9am TICKET OFFICE OPENS
Supporters can collect their tickets for the England game from 9am at the ticket office counter in the club Superstore (collection windows next to main reception will be opened after 5pm).
9am SUPERSTORE OPENS
A wide range of merchandise is available from our Superstore and there will also be an England sales unit at the north end of the ground.
The superstore will also remain open 20 minutes after the final whistle.
4:30pm CAR PARK OPEN
The South Stand car park, behind the stadium, costs just £1 to park; for Premier League games it typically fill up roughly 90 minutes prior to kick-off, so arrive early and please be aware it may take up to 45 minutes to clear after the game. You can exit post-match via the south of the car park to leave the park along Gloucester Road and so miss the traffic along Kings Park Drive.
Alternative parking can be found at Sovereign Shopping Centre for £2 for four hours or £4 for 24 hours - here’s a link from Google maps.
If you choose to park elsewhere, please respect local residents’ driveways and relevant parking restrictions. Enforcement officers are active on matchdays.
5pm BOURNEMOUTH FOOD BANK
As with Cherries matches, the Bournemouth Foodbank point will be present at every matchday until the end of the season and is located just outside the Superstore entrance for donations of non-perishable foods and sanitary items.
5pm NORTH STAND KIOSK
Available prior to turnstiles opening for a wide range of hot food and soft/hot drinks – try our homemade pies – they’re very tasty as are our special recipe burgers.
5pm DC LOUNGE OPEN
This is open to supporters pre-match and is based on the ground floor and first floor of the Vitality East Stand.
6:15pm TURNSTILES OPEN
Supporters can take their seats from 6.15pm. Please bear in mind that for supporters’ own safety, there will be 100% searches of every single supporter as well as bag searching/tagging. Please don’t bring a bag unless you absolutely need to and ensure you arrive at least 45 minutes prior to kick-off to avoid delays.
Get inside the ground early to make the most of the pre-match combo, which is a pie/burger and a pint for £5 (not available in the south stand). You can have a soft drink instead for £4 for the bundle and both are available up to half an hour before kick-off.
For Junior Cherries members the meal deal is also available throughout - it’s great value at just £2.50 when you present your JC membership card.
As stated earlier, please arrive early for the game to ensure entry before kick-off, and make sure you look out for England giveaways outside the turnstiles too!
6:45pm PRE-MATCH ENTERTAINMENT
Get into your seat early to spot the ‘Three Lions’ mascots as well as our own Cherry Bear. Before the match there will be a special flag parade from our Junior Cherries ball boy and girl squad as well as our flag wavers from Parley Youth Football team.
7:45pm KICK-OFF
The England v Germany game gets underway, so make lots of noise and support your team!
While at half time stick around to catch an entertaining relay race.
