AFC Bournemouth
Here's a guide to what's happening and at what time as AFC Bournemouth get set to host Liverpool in a lunchtime kick-off at Vitality Stadium on Saturday.
Our home game with Liverpool on Saturday has a kick-off time of 12:30pm and is live on TV.
With this being only our second 12:30pm kick-off of the season, take a minute to refresh your memory with the changes in opening times around the stadium.
9am TICKET OFFICE OPEN
Supporters who have already bought tickets can collect their tickets for the game from 9am at one of the collection windows.
Tickets are also on sale for West Ham and Watford home games as well as our away fixtures at Manchester United, Spurs and Chelsea for the Carabao Cup match.
The ticket office stays open 20 minutes after the final whistle.
9am SUPERSTORE OPEN
With the weather getting colder outside, the club Superstore has plenty of winter essentials to keep you warm. There is currently a 3 for 2 offer on the Christmas range as well as plenty of ideas for stocking fillers and gifts in store.
The superstore will also remain open 20 minutes after the final whistle.
9am CAR PARK OPEN
The South Stand car park, behind the stadium, costs just £1 to park; it does fill up roughly 75 minutes to kick-off, so arrive early and be aware it may take up to 45 minutes to clear. There is now the opportunity to exit the south car park via the lorry park which will give access to Gloucester Road as an alternative to queuing out of Kings Park Drive.
10am HAREWOOD COLLEGE
For free parking just a 10-minute walk from the ground, Harewood College is open for cars - here’s a link on Google Maps.
Alternative parking can be found at Sovereign Shopping Centre for £2 for four hours or £4 for 24 hours – here is a link on Google Maps.
If you choose to park elsewhere, please respect local residents and relevant parking restrictions.
10am 1910 BAR OPEN
This is located next to the media entrance in the Vitality Main Stand and is for home supporters only.
This bar is a great place to meet prior to the game but it does get busy, so bear this in mind before arriving. Hot food and drinks are also available.
10am GREAT ESCAPE BAR OPEN
The Great Escape is a good alternative outdoors and is located close to the club Superstore.
Hot food and drinks are also available, just present your home match ticket to gain entry.
10am NORTH STAND KIOSK
Available prior to turnstiles opening for a wide range of hot food and soft/hot drinks – try our home made pies, they’re very tasty.
10am JUNIOR FANZONE OPEN
Under-16s can enjoy the variety of activities taking place in the Junior Fanzone located next to the ticket office. This week we have the usual Strikezone and Xboxes present, but also a green-screen experience provided by Bournemouth University. Open until 11.30am, make sure to come and say hi!
10am DC LOUNGE OPEN
This is open to both home and visiting disabled supporters pre-match and is based on the ground floor and first floor of the Vitality East Stand – where supporters can test their wits in a Cherries quiz prior to kick-off while enjoying a free hot drink.
11am BOURNEMOUTH FOODBANK COLLECTION POINT
Present at every matchday until the end of the season and located just outside the club Superstore entrance, there is a basket for donations of non-perishable foods and sanitary items.
Please do try to bring something with you for each game to help support our supporters’ chosen charity for 2018/19, especially now that the Christmas season is upon us which is always a difficult time for those living in poverty.
11am TURNSTILES OPEN
Supporters can take their seats from 11am and please bear in mind that for supporters’ own safety, there will be 100% searches of every single supporter as well as bag searching/tagging.
Please don’t bring a bag unless you absolutely need to and ensure you arrive at least one hour prior to kick-off to avoid delays on the A338.
Get inside the ground early to make the most of the pre-match combo, which is a pie/burger and a pint for £5 (note: no alcohol in South Stand). You can have a soft drink instead for £4 as part of the bundle, both available up to half an hour before kick-off
The Junior Cherries meal deal is also available throughout matchday - it’s great value at just £2.50 when you present your Junior Cherries membership card.
11:30am PRE MATCH
If you are inside the ground 45 minutes prior to kick-off you will be automatically entered into a draw to win a signed Steve Cook shirt, our last man of the match winner.
12:30pm KICK-OFF
We’re the early kick-off in the Premier League this weekend, so we get underway at 12.30pm!
