MATCHDAY goes bowling with Stacey

Burgeoning full-back Jack Stacey talked Premier League debuts, living with Harry Cornick and holidaying in Poole ahead of Saturday's game with Norwich City.

Clad in the classic Great Escape shirt from 1994/95, Stacey joined MATCHDAY to play some frames at Hollywood Bowl in Branksome and spoke all about his start to life back in Dorset, where he was a regular at Rockley Park during his youth.

Once again on Saturday, with every programme purchase you can pick up a FREE pack of Panini Premier League Adrenalyn XL cards, you can choose between a special AFCB pack or a PL pack.

Inside, there's also a huge fold-out poster of Stacey in the Junior Cherries' Extra Time pull-out, which also includes quizzes, colouring challenges and fun facts and info on Saturday's opponents from Norfolk.

And there's loads more packed inside Saturday's edition:

  • We focus on John and Kevin Bond - the father and son duo who made a major impact at both Dean Court and Carrow Road - through an exclusive interview with Kevin.
  • Skipper Simon Francis talks to MATCHDAY about the second half of his injury return and his surprise return to the squad in our last home game.
  • Looking at the younger age groups, Zeno Ibsen Rossi fills us in on going to Emirates Stadium with the first team while youth teamer Harvey Bertrand gives an honest assessment of his performance in last weekend's big win over Yeovil.
  • Our extensive history section looks at Mel Machin's role in the Great Escape, picks out some fascinating squad number stats and profiles Phil Boyer, Ted MacDougall and Tony Powell, three ex-players with connections at both of Saturday's teams.

There's plenty more in the 100 pages of Saturday's MATCHDAY, available as ever around Vitality Stadium during Saturday, priced at £3.50.

As well as the physical copies on sale at Vitality Stadium, you can also buy editions online here or download a digital version (here for iOS and here for Android) which is now compatible with screen readers.
