AFC Bournemouth's loan contingent were again in action for the final time before Christmas.

Here's how the players out on loan got on across the weekend...

Sam Surridge continued his fine form for Oldham Athletic with another goal at the weekend.

The 20-year-old frontman was on hand to score the opening goal in the Latics' 3-2 defeat to Exeter City.

Surridge nodded an impressive header from Tom Hamer's cross, but former Cherries striker Jayden Stockley stole the show with a hat-trick for the Grecians.

Surridge has now netted 11 goals in just 17 games for Oldham this season.

Harry Arter played 61 minutes as Cardiff City were defeated 5-1 by Manchester United.

The Bluebirds had won four of their past five Premier League home games but were powerless to stop the Red Devils under new manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Havant and Waterlooville made the unenviable journey all the way to Hartlepool before Christmas, but Tyler Cordner played 90 minutes in a 1-1 draw with the Monkey Hangers.

That was Cordner's 13th appearance for Havant under manager Lee Bradbury.

Sam Sherring completed 90 minutes as Weymouth were held to a 2-2 draw at home to Harrow.

Goals from former Cherries academy players Jake McCarthy and Brandon Goodship had put the Terras 2-0 up, but Mark Molesley's side were pegged back late on.

After taking four points in back-to-back matches against the Old Firm, Hibernian drew 1-1 with Livingston with Emerson Hyndman playing 66 minutes.

The result moved Hibs up to 7th in the SPL table.
Connor Mahoney played 45 minutes for Birmingham City but was able to make an impact in their clinical 3-0 win over Wigan Athletic.

Away from home, Mahoney swung in a lovely corner which was a threatening delivery, with Michael Morrison nodding in.

He was replaced by Jota at the half-time interval.

Mikael Ndjoli was brought on as a late substitute as Kilmarnock drew 1-1 with Hamilton.

He replaced Greg Stewart with seven minutes to go.

LOAN WATCH IS SUPPORTED BY WESTOVER GROUP.
