Loan Watch: Seven Cherries players in action

A host of AFC Bournemouth players were in action for their respective loan clubs over the weekend.

Ryan Allsop (Blackpool)

Ryan Allsop played 90 minutes, as Blackpool were defeated 3-1 by Bristol Rovers.

Mark Travers (Weymouth)

Mark Travers also played a full game, but saw his Weymouth side lose 2-0 to Hereford United.

Ollie Harfield (Poole Town)

The 19-year-old was the third Cherries player to gain 90 minutes over the weekend, with his Poole Town side recording a well-earned point against Chelmsford in a 0-0 draw.

Mihai Dobre (Bury)

Mihai Dobre came on after 67 minutes, as his Bury side drew 1-1 with Charlton Athletic at the Valley. Consequently, the Shakers move out of the League One relegation zone.

Matt Worthington (Yeovil Town)

Matt Worthington was an early substitute for Darren Way’s side, replacing Daniel Alfei after 10 minutes, as the Glovers drew 1-1 with Port Vale.

Sam Surridge (Yeovil Town)

The forward also came off the bench for Yeovil Town in the draw at Huish Park.

Sam Matthews (Eastleigh)

Sam Matthews was the only Cherries loanee to be on the winning side this week, coming on for Estleigh after 77 minutes, as the Spitfires recorded an impressive 2-1 win at Hartlepool.

Elsewhere

Lewis Grabban, Max Gradel, Baily Cargill, Ben Whitfield, Joe Quigley and Jordan Lee were either unused substitutes or not included in the matchday squad.
