AFC Bournemouth had eight loanees turn out for their respective clubs over the course of the weekend.

The Cherries turned out across four different divisions, spanning across two countries.

Sam Surridge

Sam Surridge played all 90 minutes against Jack Lester’s Chesterfield, but the Glovers lost out 2-1 in the last minute.

Aaron Ramsdale

For the Spireites, it was Aaron Ramsdale who kept Yeovil at bay, as his Chesterfield side emerged victorious at Huish Park.

Ben Whitfield

Fresh from extending his loan at Port Vale, Ben Whitfield started and featured for 62 minutes, but his side couldn’t overcome high-flying Accrington Stanley 3-2.

Sam Matthews

Sam Matthews continued his run in the starting line-up, playing 61 minutes of Eastleigh’s 3-2 win at Maidstone.

Joe Quigley

Joe Quigley played 59 minutes of Boreham Wood’s 3-2 defeat against Dover, just his second appearance for the club.

Will Dennis

The young shot-stopped, who rejoined Weymouth this week, played 90 minutes between the sticks of Weymouth’s 1-1 draw at King’s Lynn Town.  

Max Gradel

In Ligue 1, Max Gradel was shown a red card just before the break, as his Toulouse side lost 2-1 to Montpellier.

Mihai Dobre

Mihai Dobre was prevented from making his Rochdale debut, with their game against Southend postponed due to weather.
