Brooklyn Genesini continued his impressive start with Poole Town by helping them keep a second successive clean sheet in Southern Premier South.

Genesini joined the Dolphins on a youth loan earlier this month and caught the eye on his debut in a 2-0 win against Beaconsfield Town at BlackGold Stadium.

The 19-year-old defender kept his place for the trip to Swindon Supermarine on Saturday and again played his part as Tom Killick’s team claimed all three points.

In-form striker Tony Lee bagged his 15th goal of the season in the dying seconds at Webbswood Stadium, his late winner lifting Poole to fourth place in the table.

Euan Pollock made his sixth appearance for Truro City as they secured back-to-back home wins with a 2-1 victory over Harrow Borough at Bolitho Park.

The White Tigers climbed to ninth in Southern Premier South after coming from behind thanks to Tyler Harvey’s second-half double.

Frank Keita drew first blood for the visitors midway through the first half before Harvey levelled two minutes after the break and bagged the winner 11 minutes from time.

Striker Pollock replaced Rocky Neal in the 80th minute and will be hoping for more game time when Truro visit Willand Rovers in the Southern League Cup on Wednesday.

Jake Scrimshaw went close to adding to his goal tally for Scunthorpe United in their 6-1 defeat by League Two rivals Harrogate Town.

Scrimshaw made his seventh appearance for the Iron and saw his goalbound shot blocked in the 13th minute at the EnviroVent Stadium.

At the time, Harrogate were leading thanks to Jack Muldoon’s eighth-minute opener, with Alex Pattison doubling the hosts’ advantage in the 14th minute.

Jack Diamond made it 3-0 before Muldoon and Pattison both added second goals before the break as the Iron found themselves 5-0 down at half-time.

Scrimshaw was replaced by Jordan Hallam midway through the second half before Harry Davis pulled one back for the visitors 11 minutes from time.

The Iron were reduced to ten men when Lewis Thompson received a second yellow card for dragging down Simon Power with Danilo Orsi converting the resultant penalty.
