King moves to Everton

Joshua King has departed AFC Bournemouth after being transferred in a permanent deal to Everton.

The 29-year-old striker, who was due to be out of contract with AFC Bournemouth in the summer, joins Carlo Ancelotti's side at Goodison Park.

King joined the Cherries ahead of their maiden Premier League season from Blackburn Rovers, and went on to make 184 appearances for the club.

The Norway international's 53 goals in red and black included 48 in the top flight, more than any other player.

This season King has played 14 matches for Bournemouth and scored three goals, all in the Emirates FA Cup, most recently netting the winner in the tie with Crawley Town at Vitality Stadium last month.
