The four nominees for January's Strategic Solutions Goal of the Month have been revealed.

Emiliano Marcondes has two strikes nominated from the first team, while Noa Boutin and Lewis Brown are both up for the award from the under-18s, having both netted superb goals in the FA Youth Cup.

Fans have the opportunity to vote for their winner on our Twitter poll and all four goals can be seen in the video below.

Marcondes' strikes came first in the month and it was a memorable day away to Yeovil Town in the FA Cup for the midfielder, who scored his first professional hat-trick at Huish Park. His first goal of the evening is up for the accolade, with a lovely ball over the top from Chris Mepham perfectly placed for Marcondes to bring down, take a touch and shoot low past the 'keeper.

The second was scored in similar fashion, slotting home a low finish to give the Cherries some breathing room in Devon and helping them into the fourth round of the prestigious competition.

Under-18s winger Boutin receives his first nomination for the Goal of the Month award, having scored the second goal as the under-18s progressed in the FA Youth Cup with a win over QPR. He burst down the left, beat his man and fired a fierce shot home in front of 1,000 spectators at Vitality Stadium.

Finally, Brown's sensational effort against Leicester City in the FA Youth Cup is our fourth goal to feature. After the Foxes 'keeper was caught off his line, Brown ceased his opportunity and struck from 30 yards, giving Alan Connell's side a lifeline in the tie.

The winner will be presented with their award by members of staff from Strategic Solutions at Vitality Stadium in the coming week.
