Ryan Fraser was the only AFC Bournemouth player involved in international action throughout the course of Friday.
Winner of the club’s Michael Matthews Player of the Month for August, Fraser started the game at wing-back for the Scotland senior team in their friendly match against Belgium at Hampden Park.
Despite completing the full 90 minutes, Fraser’s Scotland side were heavily beaten by the FIFA World Cup semi-finalists.
Romelu Lukaku, Eden Hazard and Michy Batshuayi (2) were all on target for Belgium, who ran out comfortable 4-0 winners.
Scotland are next in action on Monday evening, as they open their UEFA Nations League campaign against Albania at Hampden Park.
