Emerson Hyndman's loan move to Atlanta United will be come permanent on 1st January 2020.
The midfielder, whose transfer is subject to international clearance, joined the Cherries from Fulham in June 2016 and played eight times for the first team, twice in the Premier League.
USA international Hyndman joined reigning MLS champions Atlanta in the summer and made 15 appearances in the second half of the season.
