AFC Bournemouth’s first ever Strategic Solutions Goal of the Month winner is Harry Wilson.
Wilson was nominated for the August award in a four-person shortlist thanks to his stunning free-kick against Manchester City.
Supporters had their say and voted on the club’s twitter poll, with the 22-year-old securing a massive 70% of the vote.
This follows on from the Welsh international securing the club's Michael Matthews Player of the Month award for August.
Speaking about his free-kick against the champions, the Liverpool loanee said: “On a personal note I was delighted to see it go in, I practice those all week in training in order to pull it off on a weekend.
“When we won the free-kick Joshua King had the ball and I was desperate to get on it because I felt it was a range that I could test the goalkeeper. Kingy gave me the ball straight away, I really did feel I was the best person for it and thankfully the lads thought the same.
“Fortunately for me it went into the top corner, it’s what you practice all the time so to see it go in was special.”
Wilson’s stunning effort came up against another three superb strikes from women’s player Katelyn Wort, Tyrell Hamilton and Callum Wilson.
The club would like to thank Strategic Solutions for their support of the Goal of the Month award.
