Dan Gosling's effort against Chelsea has won the Strategic Solutions Goal of the Month award for December.

The midfielder latched onto a Jefferson Lerma header back into the box and flicked the ball over both his and Kepa's head in the Chelsea goal, leaving Cesar Azpilcueta scrambling to try and clear it off the line.

With the flag initially being raised for offside, Gosling and his side faced a lengthy wait for VAR and referee Graham Scott to make a decision. Minutes later, a goal was awarded and the Cherries held on to earn a memorable three points at Stamford Bridge.

Gosling won the vote with 71%, beating Alex Dobre, Christian Saydee and Luke Pardoe to the accolade.

He will now receive his award in the coming month from representatives of Strategic Solutions.
