Dominic Solanke has won both the league and club Goal of the Month award for December.

His superbly taken strike away at Fulham came just six seconds into the second-half after a well-worked kick-off routine saw him finish Philip Billing's ball over the top.

For the Championship accolade, he beat off competition from Fulham's Aleksandar Mitrovic and Sorba Thomas of Huddersfield Town, finishing the poll with 40.9% of the vote.

As for the club award, sponsored by Strategic Solutions, the forward's goal received a huge 75.9% of the vote, beating off competition from Michael Dacosta Gonzalez (8.9%) and Euan Pollock (6.8%).

Meanwhile, Solanke's strike against Cardiff, which was also nominated, finished with 8.3% of the vote.

It's the second month in a row that Solanke has won the Strategic Solutions award, winning November's accolade for one of his two goals against Swansea City.
