AFC Bournemouth can confirm that Mikhail Ponomarev, Oleg Tikhturov and Igor Tikhturov have stepped down from the club’s board of directors.
The trio have made the decision based on personal business ventures which mean they are currently unable to dedicate the necessary time to the club.
AFC Bournemouth will be making no further comment.
