Covid-19 update regarding Vitality Stadium capacity

AFC Bournemouth AFC Bournemouth

As part of the Government’s Plan B for managing the spread of COVID-19, entry to seated sports stadia from Wednesday 15 December onwards will be limited to 9,999 people before vaccine passports are required.

As attendances at our home games have consistently been lower than 9,999 this season, our supporters will not be required to show evidence of COVID-19 NHS certification in order to enter the ground.

We will, however, require supporters to adhere to more stringent measures including close monitoring of symptoms, wearing face coverings when not seated or eating/drinking and maintaining hand hygiene. These are sensible measures we can all take to safeguard ourselves, our families and fellow supporters.

Please note, protocols for away fixtures will vary from club to club dependent on attendances, so please be sure to read pre-match emails and regularly check our website and social media channels for the most up to date information.
