Cook and Elphick both feature in Friday's Matchday

Championship title winners Steve Cook and Tommy Elphick both feature in Friday night's Matchday.

The official matchday programme of AFC Bournemouth is available outside Vitality Stadium ahead of Friday's 8pm Premier League kick-off.

For the visit of Brighton & Hove Albion, the 100-page programme includes the following insightful content:

- Cover star Steve Cook was asked your questions from social media, and in #ASKCOOKIE the defender reveals whether he'd prefer an England cap or an FA Cup-winners medal with the Cherries and the best FIFA player at the club.

- We caught up with former Cherries captain Tommy Elphick, the club's most successful ever skipper, who tells us about his memories of playing with both Brighton and Bournemouth and his trip to the Hawthorns on the opening day of the season.

- Our action-packed EXTRA TIME pull-out section is the perfect accompaniment for younger fans, boasting two pages of quizzes, star facts and a big poster of Cookie.

- We break down Charlie Daniels' wonder strike against Man City with the man himself as he talks through his goal of the month.

- In the Matchday history section inside-forward Stan Newsham is profiled, while matches played on September 15th are unearthed and reviewed.

- We ask a Brighton fan to pick out their club's Cult Hero, a club legend who sailed under the radar.

As well as all the rest of the news and views from inside the club.
