Club seeking matchday ambassadors for 2017/18

Details of a voluntary vacancy for supporters to improve the matchday experience for fans ahead of home matches.

Job description

Are you a passionate AFC Bournemouth supporter and enthusiastic and dedicated about providing excellent customer service?

We are looking to recruit a voluntary group of supporters, who can commit to working with AFC Bournemouth on matchdays.

You will be part of the matchday team and will be a visible point of contact providing information, directions and responding to any queries that home or away supporters may have.

You will also be required to assist disabled supporters, interact with younger fans, help with match specific tasks and give feedback to assist the club, with the goal to try to improve matchday experience for home and away fans.

By being a matchday ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the best quality of customer service and to enhance supporters’ matchday experience.

The closing date for applications will be the Saturday 15th July.

Requirements

• Available and committed to attending all home matches throughout the season, on weekdays or at weekends.
• To arrive at Vitality Stadium on matchdays two and a half hours prior to kick off.
