Club launch Hate Hurts Everyone campaign

AFC Bournemouth are extremely proud to launch a club-wide campaign, Hate Hurts Everyone.

Members of staff at the club are eager to make a stand against abuse, discrimination and hate in our stadium, online and in our community.

The campaign will continue the excellent work instigated by the club’s award-winning Everyone Together project, focused on tackling prejudice and promoting understanding.

Hate Hurts Everyone will tell powerful stories about the effects that abuse, discrimination and hate have on people in our community to help us highlight the change needed in our society.

The power of football, sport and community is so strong, and AFC Bournemouth want to give anyone who wants to share our club, sport and community the opportunity to do so with no barriers.

Together, we can eliminate all forms of discrimination at Vitality Stadium, online and in our community.

Abuse, discrimination and hate hurt, and they hurt everyone.

Supporters looking to get behind the campaign can purchase the club’s Hate Hurts Everyone t-shirts which will be available in the Superstore and online here.

All proceeds will go to the Cherries Community Fund, the club’s fund that makes donations to superb causes in the local area.

The club will be showcasing the campaign in the Good Friday home game with Middlesbrough.
