AFC Bournemouth
AFC Bournemouth have formed their first equality focus group.
Members of staff and long-term supporters who are passionate about diversity, and what it is to be a football fan, gathered at Vitality Stadium.
The group looks to provide valuable feedback on the club’s equality, diversity and inclusion work, as well as suggesting and exploring new areas of work.
The group will continue to meet quarterly to discuss diversity issues facing football fans and how the club can respond to these challenges.
The meetings allow supporters to have a say in how AFC Bournemouth can be more inclusive and provide an even better experience for all our fans and visitors.
