AFC Bournemouth is delighted to announce it has extended the Vitality Stadium naming rights agreement with Vitality for a further three seasons.

The stadium has been named Vitality Stadium since 2015 and with the new deal, those naming rights will remain until the summer of 2020.

The current deal not only includes the stadium naming rights, but naming rights for three stands; Vitality Steve Fletcher, Vitality East Stand and Vitality Main Stand.

The club and Vitality have enjoyed a very successful partnership since the Cherries were promoted to the Premier League. The partnership aims to benefit supporters and the wider community with the health and life insurance firm, which has an office in Bournemouth, supporting campaigns and competitions offering match tickets, hospitality and other matchday packages.

Commercial director Rob Mitchell said: “We’ve enjoyed a very successful partnership with Vitality so far.

“They employ 400 people in the town and we both wanted to tie up the new contract as the partnership has been excellent for both parties.

“We’re delighted that Vitality will continue to be a huge part of our Premier League journey.”

On top of the Stadium naming rights, Vitality will encourage healthier lifestyles by continuing to be the headline sponsor of AFC Bournemouth’s Community Sports Trust.

Neville Koopowitz, CEO of Vitality, said: “After two great seasons supporting AFC Bournemouth, we are delighted to be extending our partnership with them. We believe in the power of sport to help inspire people to live a healthy life, which is why we partner with leading sports teams like AFC Bournemouth, to help share the Vitality message.

“As one of Bournemouth’s largest employers, we are also pleased to continue our community work as headline sponsor of AFC Bournemouth’s Community Sports Trust.”
