Cherries Community Fund distribute June donations 

AFC Bournemouth's Cherries Community Fund has recently donated £9,275.00 into the local community in the latest panel of donations. 

The following donations have been awarded to local causes in the area:

£1,000.00 to Maddie’s Miracle towards providing weekly Breastfeeding and Perinatal Support to families in the Bournemouth area.

£1,000.00 to Dorset and Young Lives V Cancer towards the ‘Home from Home’ programme for Dorset families.

£1,000.00 to Swim Bournemouth, Parent Liaison towards getting Para-Swimmer Isabella to swim and compete in the World Games in Rio De Janeiro.

£1,000.00 to Townsend Youth Club to assist replacing a sofa for the Youth Club.

£1,000.00 to The Isabel Baker Foundation towards providing welcome hampers for families arriving at Isabel’s retreat.

£1,000.00 to The Vale Pantry towards providing ‘Cook a Meal’ bags for families who are struggling.

£1,000.00 to Cherry Tree Nursery towards helping volunteers get to the nursery.

£1,000.00 to Pathways For All People towards replacing bedding for the supported accommodation.

£1,000.00 to Body Positive Dorset to assist with their goal of upgrading their podcast equipment.

£275 to South West Medical Group towards the NHS gift campaign, providing gift boxes for the medical staff within the group.

The total donated from this panel is £9,275.00 meaning an overall total since the fund started of £213,180.67 has been given to worthy causes!
