Snatching 53.1% of the vote on Twitter, Billing's winner saw him finish ahead of Jake Adams, Danjuma and Keelan O'Connell.
The midfielder has since netted important strikes against Middlesbrough and Blackburn Rovers, meaning that he has scored in each of his last three Championship matches.
