The Asmir Begovic Foundation successfully hosted their second annual Golf Classic tournament at Burhill Golf Club earlier this week, raising funds and awareness for upcoming projects.
Begovic was joined by AFC Bournemouth teammate Charlie Daniels, as well as other famous faces from the footballing world including Petr Cech, Roberto Di Matteo, Carlo Cudicini and many others.
The annual event aims to raise funds and awareness of upcoming projects that the Asmir Begovic Foundation supports throughout the course of the year.
The team captained by Neil Fewings came out on top with a winning score of 93 points, with Begovic's team finishing in second position with a score of 89.
Speaking after the event Begovic said: "I can't thank everyone who came along to play and contribute to our foundation enough.
"After a successful debut event last year we decided to make this an annual tournament. I am delighted with all the support we have received and I am already looking forward to next year!
"The end goal is to help raise funds to improve and enrich the lives of children in Bosnia and Herzegovina and in the UK and the work and support of everyone involved in this event will go a long way."
Daniel said: "It was a great day and Asmir and the guys working with his foundation have put on a great event.
"I had kept this date free in my diary since he asked me and it's great to see so many current and ex-professionals down here, getting involved and showing their support for Asmir's great work."
