Firstly, everyone at AFC Bournemouth would like to thank those supporters who purchased passes for afcbTV Live on the opening day of the season.
The club noticed however that a number of supporters encountered difficulties accessing their streams and listening to audio.
As a result, we’ve made the following video in order to show supporters just where the login button is.
If you have purchased your stream, you must log in to your account in order to use the stream you have purchased.

As a returning customer, how to buy and access streams on afcbTV Live
We’d like to emphasise heavily to supporters, if you have purchased your stream once, DO NOT purchase more than one. A number of supporters made multiple purchases – this is not necessary.
On matchday, when you want to watch the stream, follow these simple steps:
FOR LAPTOP / PC
- Head to live.afcb.co.uk
- Click the ‘head and shoulders icon’ in the top right-hand corner
- Login with the same details you purchased the stream with
- This will then take you back to the home page where you can click WATCH NOW. This will appear from 2pm on matchday.
FOR MOBILE
- Head to live.afcb.co.uk
- Click the three dashes in the top right-hand corner.
- Scroll down to ‘login/register’
- Click that, and then enter the same details you registered with.
- This will then take you back to the home page where you can click WATCH NOW. This will appear from 2pm on matchday.
Be careful in typing your email address, please make sure it is correct without any typos before purchasing.

We also have to remind supporters, you MUST let us know about any issues during the game. If you do not, you are not entitled to a refund unfortunately. We have a support team who are happy to help at all times.
