Both AFC Bournemouth and Sunderland have been charged following the Premier League game on Saturday 29th April 2017.
It is alleged that in or around the 76th minute of the fixture, the clubs failed to ensure that their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.
Both clubs have until 6pm on 5th May 2017 to respond to the charge.
