The scheme was backed by recruitment company TeamJobs for the 2015/16 season, who were awarded the 2015 Dorset Company of the Year gong.
This season, the unique project is looking for a new sponsor as it continues its work within the community.
Premier League kicks is a project that encourages young people aged 14+ to engage themselves in sport, using the power of football and the value of sports participation to help hard-to-reach youngsters in some of the most high-need areas.
The project offers a lot of extra packages for participants such as gaining qualifications and work experience within the club.
Mings is the player ambassador for the cause and took the time to visit children training outside Vitality Stadium with the AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust.
Head of community sports trust Steve Cuss said: "We are very grateful to Tyrone, not only for attending the session but for his support as player ambassador for the Premier League kicks project. Tyrone’ appearance at the session gave the children a real boost as they were able to get advice in the coaching and ask some questions about life as a professional footballer."
