FULL-TIME

We secure an important victory!

88'

Finally... we're back!

We've finally regained internet long enough to update you on the last 20 minutes. We're really sorry for the technical difficulties today.

We've got a third goal as Philip Billing netted his second goal of the game.

Siriki Dembele won the ball back at the edge of the box and slipped in Billing, who calmly slotted home.

Jamal Lowe has also come on for Dominic Solanke and Chris Mepham for Ryan Christie.

69'

GOAL: Blackburn Rovers 0-2 AFC Bournemouth!

We double our lead!

We've had some real serious internet issues here so apologies for the lack of updates but we're back as Philip Billing smashes home.

Dominic Solanke had a golden opportunity to double the lead following a superb run but his shot was saved.

Substitute Siriki Dembele, who came on for Jaidon Anthony, has played a big role.

He rode a challenge as the referee played a good advantage while Solanke passes the ball across the box for Billing to fire into the roof of the net.

59'

Travers again!

A good stop from the Cherries goalkeeper!

Blackburn counter and Brereton Diaz makes sure to stay onside as he hovers on Smith's shoulder.

He is given the ball and shoots at goal from a narrow angle but once again Travers pushes away.

Blackburn make a double change: Ian Poveda on for Ryan Hedges and Joe Rothwell off for Tyryhs Dolan.

55'

CLOSE!

Brilliant work by Zemura as he drives into the box and tries to slide an effort under Kaminski.

His shot is saved but if falls nicely to Lerma, who is in the area.

However, his shot is cleared off the line and Blackburn manage to clear away for a throw.

Should have been our second goal there really!

54'

Christie can't find killer pass

The Cherries have a counter attacking opportunity as we win the ball in an advanced position.

Christie takes control of it and has the chance to feed four players.

However, a Blackburn defender gets back and does enough to bring the move to a halt.

51'

Yellow for van Hecke

Solanke looks to counter for the Cherries and is brought down by van Hecke, who receives a booking.

48'

Good save, Travers!

Blackburn have started this half very brightly and the Cherries have been camped in our own half so far.

The home side have a chance as Brereton Diaz wiggles through the box and fires at goal.

It was from a fairly tight angle and Travers stays big at his near post and pushes it away.

Smith drives forward and wins a free-kick to relieve the pressure.

46'

Back underway...

A big half ahead.

Blackburn need goals to keep their play off dreams alive, while we need to secure a valuable three points.

A good atmosphere in the ground as we get back underway here for the second half.

HT

HALF-TIME

The Cherries have the lead at the break.

45+1'

Pressure from Blackburn

The home side have put in a series of set pieces and the Cherries have been forced to make a series of good defensive headers.

Pressure finally relents as Rothwell tries to pick out the far corner from a tight angle and puts it well wide.

45'

Two minutes added on

40'

Good goalkeeping by Travers

Blackburn attempt to unlock the Cherries defence with a clever ball forward, something Gallagher attempts to race onto. However, Travers is out quickly and touches it away.

A moment later, Hedges goes down under the challenge of Lerma but the referee books him for simulation.

37'

Quiet period of the game

The game has entered a bit of a lull as both teams probe each other.

It's been a really good game of football so far and both teams have attacked but few chances in the last five minutes.

31'

Off the bar!

Phillips again sparks a move with a superb cross-field pass!

He finds Zemura, who plays a low ball into the area for Solanke.

The forward thinks about striking with his left foot but instead lays it off to Anthony, who curls an effort at goal from the edge of the box.

It's a superb effort and bounces off the top of the bar!

30'

Solanke goes close!

Billing is playing brilliantly here!

The Danish midfielder leads the Cherries up the pitch and exchanges a one-two with Anthony.

He receives the return ball in the box and pokes it through to Solanke, who allows the ball to run onto his right foot.

He looks set to apply the finish but a Blackburn defender does really well to make the block and take the sting out of the effort.

Blackburn counter attack and Brereton Diaz again causes problems with his positions on the shoulder of Kelly and Phillips but Travers shows good bravery to race out and beat him to a through ball.

27'

POST!

Another big channce for the home team!

Brereton Diaz races in behind Kelly and finds himself one-on-one with Travers.

It was a slightly tight angle and he fires towards the near post, his effort crashing off the post and wide.

25'

Good save, Travers!

Blackburn have made a bright response to falling behind and almost equalise through Sam Gallagher.

He's been the target for a series of deep crosses and meets one from the right, heading into the floor and towards Travers's right hand corner.

The Irish goalkeeper does well to race across his line and tip wide.

24'

Well taken, Dom!

GOAL: Blackburn Rovers 0-1 AFC Bournemouth

It's that man again!

Solanke keeps his cool to slot home after a brilliant breakaway.

Phillips finds Billing with a lovely clipped ball forward and the Dane nods into Solanke's path.

Solanke then had the job to beat Kaminski and he does just that, passing the ball into the back of the net.

The Cherries players rush over to congratulate Phillips as the move started with his excellent pass.

16'

Deflected over!

Billing steps up and fires an effort at goal. He hits it well but it is deflected behind by the wall.

From the following corner, Solanke heads Anthony's cross back into the mix. A Blackburn defender misses his clearance and it opens up for Phillips to fire at goal.

He doesn't connect well with his effort and Blackburn hook clear.

15'

Yellow for Lenihan

Kelly looks to find Lerma with an excellent clipped ball from deep and the Colombian goes to bring it down at the edge of the box in a good area.

However, Blackburn's Lenihan handballs it and concedes a free-kick instead. A yellow card for the home captain.

The free-kick is just outside the area in a central position. Anthony and Billing over it...

13'

CLOSE!

The first chance of the game!

Solanke makes an excellent turn in the middle of the park and finds Christie.

The Scotland international touches it on to Billing, who has made a good run on his right.

He could hit it first time but chooses to cut back onto his left foot, sending a couple of defenders flying.

Nonetheless, they scramble back to their feet quick enough to block Billing's shot and Blackburn clear. A decent breakaway though!

8'

Good defending by van Hecke

Solanke has his first chance to run at the home defence as he latches on to Billing's clever quick throw.

He stands van Hecke up and attempts to drive past him but the Blackburn defender does well to make the tackle in the area.

Highlights why he won Blackburn's Player of the Season before the game.

Zemura goes down under a challenge in the area and thinks he should have awarded a penalty but the referee disagrees and gives a goal kick.

6'

Familiar shape for the Cherries

Scott Parker selected a familiar starting XI this afternoon and he's set us up in our usual 4-3-3 shape.

Cook is the holding midfielder with Lerma and Billing on either side. Smith has returned to right back with Zemura's inclusion on the left.

It's been a quiet start - both teams have attempted to find the channels in the early stages and there's been a few cheap free-kicks by both sides.

Blackburn's Kaminski is playing as a sweeper in goal and has twice raced out of his box to clean up from a long ball forward. Something for Solanke to chase!

3'

Card for Phillips

Sam Gallagher beats defender Nat Phillips to a loose ball and the Cherries man responds by pulling the forward to the floor. He receives an early yellow card as a result.

1'

Underway!

The Cherries get us started at Ewood Park. The travelling fans behind Mark Travers's goal are in fine voice.

Come on you Cherries!

14:46

Moore on the bench

AFC Bournemouth striker Kieffer Moore had the dream impact on Tuesday.

The 29-year-old made his second appearance for the club, his first since breaking his foot on his debut in February, and netted twice as the Cherries made a remarkable comeback.

After going down 3-0 to Swansea City, Moore's double and Dominic Solanke's cool penalty earned a valuable point.

He's on the bench again today as he continues his return and will hope to have a similar impact if he comes on.

14:30

Zemura is back in

Good news for the Cherries as Jordan Zemura makes his return from injury.

The defender picked up an injury in the draw with Sheffield United and has missed four games.

The 22-year-old has made 30 appearances in the Championship this season, and boasts one of the best appearance-to-defeat ratios in the division.

The Cherries have only lost three times when he's played this season - hopefully that number doesn't change!

14:00

TEAM NEWS

Two changes for the Cherries!

Jordan Zemura returns from injury and is straight back in the starting line-up, while Philip Billing is also named in Scott Parker's XI.

Ethan Laird and Jamal Lowe come out of the team.

13:50

Ten minutes until team news

The lads are in the building!

We'll have team news confirmed in just ten minutes time.

Who will Scott Parker select this afternoon?
