Full time!

A huge win under the lights at Vitality Stadium, as both Harry Wilson and Callum Wilson get on the scoresheet. In between the two, Gross also converted into his own net.

Mooy pulled one back for the visitors with ten to go, but it was too little too late and Eddie Howe's side held on to claim all three points.

Thank you for joining us this evening. Stay tuned on www.afcb.co.uk for full post-match reaction!

Four more minutes!

The fourth official's board is up and we have four more minutes to play.

Come on!

A second change...

Harry Wilson is coming off and Cook will replace him.

A fine evening for the Welshman too.

Trossard goes close...

He gets it on the edge of the box and decides to have a go, but it's just to the right of Ramsdale's goal.

We're also making our first substitution of the evening, as Gosling is on for Solanke. The forward has put a real shift in today.

Brighton pull one back...

It's Aaron Mooy who gets it.

He picks it up on the edge of the area, takes it round Harry Wilson and fires a shot in off the post.

Love it!!

So close to a fourth!

We're enjoying this!

Brighton lose it at the back as Harry Wilson wins it back. He plays it to Fraser, who curls one from just outside the box and it misses the far corner by not more than an inch.

Brighton have put us under pressure the last five minutes, but Solanke gets it on the break and feeds through his fellow striker. He rounds the 'keeper and so coolly slots home beyond Ryan.

Nearly Lerma's moment!

Fraser pulls it back for Billing, who unselfishly squares for Lerma, but the shot is well wide of Ryan's post.

Up the other end, Ramsdale saves from Mooy's long effort, with fingertips needed for that one.

There's no stopping Ramsdale!

He now saves from Maupay, whose curling effort from outside the area was going on target.

Superb... again!

Ramsdale to the rescue!

Sensational stuff from the youngster!

The ball falls to Dunk at the back post from a corner and Ramsdale rushes straight out. He may not have known much about it but he saves with his face!

The second ball comes off Dunk and goes for a corner.

Harry Wilson almost has a second...

Fraser brings it forward and looks to square across goal for Callum Wilson. It's just behind him, but it does fall for Harry Wilson, however his low shot is blocked by Webster.

We keep going.

Triple change for the visitors...

Jahanbaksh, Bernardo and Gross have gone off for Brighton, while Connolly, March and Trossard are on.

Dangerous free-kick...

Fraser is bundled over by Alzate on the far side and the free-kick will be taken from near the corner flag.

Wee Man takes it and it's aimed at Billing at the back-post, who directs his header on target, but it's cleared off the line at the final moment.

We're working hard...

Every time Brighton bring the ball forward, everyone is sprinting back to get in front of it.

This time, it's Billing who blocks from Jahanbaksh and clears the danger.

Jahanbaksh tries his luck...

Brighton break forward and it's all through Jahanbaksh, who decides to take the shot on himself.

It's deflected by Francis and goes for a corner, which Ramsdale goes on to punch away.

Back underway!

Let's have more of the same in this second half, lads!

We're all behind you!

Half time!

A very good half of football!

Harry Wilson scored the opening at Vitality Stadium, while Gross then later converted into his own net for another.

Let's take this into the second half!

Ake has a go...

Everyone is trying their luck now!

Ake gets it on the edge of the area, brings it down and fires one on the turn, but it sails over the bar and doesn't trouble Ryan.

You love to see it!

Gross diverts Rico's corner into his own net!!!! It was a superb delivery that evaded everyone and Gross couldn't help but convert it.

In the build-up, it was Solanke's shot from Billing's cut-back that won the corner.

Solanke reacts quickest to Dunk's loose header and plays through the winger. He takes a touch, picks his spot and fires past Ryan.

Love it, lads!

Harry Wilson almost scores!

From the resulting corner after Rico's shot, the Cherries try the exact same move that worked away at Newcastle.

Harry Wilson ran onto Fraser's low ball in acres of space and sees his shot deflected out by Dunk. That was certainly going on target!

Side netting!

The whole stadium thought it was in and it would've been Rico's first for the club.

Callum Wilson does superbly to hold it up and play Solanke in. He pulls it back and Rico is running onto it, but his shot takes a deflection and hits the side netting.

Yellow card...

Bernardo has been booked for Brighton for a nasty looking challenge on Smith down on the right here.

Double block!!

Huge save from Ramsdale there as the ball gets in behind the back-line.

Maupay hits a fierce one from close range, which the 'keeper gets a great fist to. Then Ake throws himself at the second shot it to prevent a certain goal.

Not a lot going on at the moment...

Both teams are exchanging possession.

Brighton are knocking it around nicely at the back, with Ake and then Rico intercepting it when it has been played forward.

Battling away...

Still nothing in it here!

Now Brighton attack...

It's end-to-end a bit here. Jahanbaksh is the next to fire at goal, but it's blocked by Francis.

From the corner, Solanke hoofs it clear and Harry Wilson is brought down on the counter-attack.

From the resulting set-piece, Billing does well to hook Fraser's ball back across goal, but Ryan collects.

Free-kick for Bournemouth...

Harry Wilson is brought down by Propper and Francis plays it long to Rico on the left.

He looks to play it on the wing with Fraser, but Brighton are first to it and can clear before the cross comes in. Callum Wilson and Solanke were waiting in the box.

Brighton coming forward...

Smith gets out to block from Bernardo as he looked to hit it on the half volley 18 yards out.

From the resulting corner, Solanke rises highest and clears the danger.

An open start...

The Cherries have enjoyed plenty of possession in the opening stages, pressing high and putting the Brighton back-line under pressure.

However, the first chance of the game actually falls to the visitors as Mooy plays in Bernardo, but he scuffs his shot and it goes well wide.

Here we go!

It's a huge game under the lights in the Premier League against Brighton.

The fans are loud, the atmosphere is building and Brighton have just got us underway.

We'll be kicking towards the Ted MacDougall Stand first.

Feeling positive!

The lads are in the tunnel and Vitality Stadium is rocking!

Team news!

Here is how we line up for this evening's huge Premier League game against Brighton.

Eddie Howe has named two changes to his side, with Simon Francis coming in for the suspended Steve Cook, while Dominic Solanke replaces Dan Gosling in the starting line-up.

Harry Wilson and Ryan Fraser will occupy the wings, with Jefferson Lerma and Philip Billing get the nod in midfield.

On the bench, it's great to welcome back Lloyd Kelly, who played 60 minutes for the under-21s in their 3-0 win over Nottingham Forest on Friday night.

Kick it out!

Today's match theme is in line with Kick It Out, which is dedicated to removing racism out of football.

We always remind our supporters that if you do hear discrimination at Vitality Stadium, make sure you report it to one of our stewards.

Tonight, in dedication, our players will be wearing special warm up shirts to show their support of such a fantastic campaign.

Preview Show!

View from the dugout...

Eddie Howe: "We have to become very internal and use all the negativity around us in a positive way to show we're still fighting and we can do it.

"I'm living my life trying to improve the results, trying to improve the performances of the players.

"I think the will to do well, and the desire to improve, is 100% there."

Graham Potter: "We'll have moments where we don't win, this is a really tough league.

"We had nine wins last year, we need to learn from all of our experiences and try to improve.

"Everyone is capable of getting results in this division."

Seagulls' form...

Brighton’s only win in their last eight league matches came against Bournemouth just after Christmas. They have drawn four and lost three of their surrounding games in English football’s top flight.

They were also knocked out of the FA Cup third round to Sheffield Wednesday, a 65th minute goal from Adam Reach at the Amex Stadium sending the Hillsborough side through.

Interestingly, it’s also worth noting that Brighton have never won a Premier League game in January, drawing five and losing six, while they have lost all four of their away games on a Tuesday since gaining promotion from the Championship in 2016.

Recent history...

It bodes well for the Cherries, who are unbeaten in the past five home league meetings against Brighton, winning four of them.

A fantastic double from David Brooks helped complete the latest of those victories against the Seagulls at Vitality Stadium, a 2-0 win back in December 2018.

Having said that, Brighton will be looking to complete the league double over Bournemouth for the first time since the 2007/08 campaign, with both teams in League One at the time!

They’ll both be looking for a big three points tonight and a change of fortunes in 2020.

Last time under the lights...

You’ll only have to go back to 2017 to find the last time we played Brighton under the lights. It had been a tough start to the season and our south coast rivals came to Vitality Stadium for Friday Night Football.

Solly March gave the Seagulls the lead, before Andrew Surman levelled things up. With Eddie Howe’s side continuing to press, up popped Jermain Defoe, who latched onto Jordon Ibe’s ball, to net his first goal since re-joining the club that summer.

It very much kickstarted the season, and a result tonight would look to do the same for the second half of the 2019/20 campaign.
