Thanks for following today! It's a new system which we're still getting to grips with, but like pre-season, it's a good dress rehearsal! Some of you may have had a delay in the updates too, something we'll check with our provider.
But thanks all, and see you tomorrow afternoon for Valencia!
FULL TIME
That's it! Ibe's strike is enough for us to win our third pre-season game on the spin! Great stuff!
Reaction from the manager and players to come soon! Keep your eyes on afcb.co.uk.
88: Close shave!
Ramsdale's first action, but I'm not sure how much he knew about it! A free kick comes in from 20-yards and it hits the post, comes off his back and into his arms! Phew!!
86: Surman comes off...
.... Matt Worthington comes on. Good to see some of the young lads getting some minutes too.
85: Five minutes to play and Charlie is still bombing up and down the left wing.
It's been a good test today!
81: Third sub...
Sam Surridge comes on for Lys Mousset - who has looked decent today. A good shift from Lys.
75: 15 minutes...
After Gradel has just blasted one over, the Cherries have enjoyed some success in the wide areas. 15 minutes to go and looking good!
70: A debut!
Artur Boruc is making way here for Aaron Ramsdale who makes his first appearance for the first team!
65: BIG CHANCE!
The front three combine to devastating effect, Gradel slips the ball through to Jordon Ibe who races through on goal, but he squares it to Mousset with a deft touch but Smithies makes an excellent save. Unlucky!
63: Changes...
With Taylor on he'll play wide left, looking to cut inside on his right foot. Gradel will play in the ten role behind Mousset as a 9.
61: Our first sub...
Joshua King takes a knock and the manager is taking no chances. Doesn't look too serious, he'll be replaced by Kyle Taylor.
Snapped...
Our goalscorer has been in good form today...
55: Attendance...
There's 9,386 inside Loftus Road, including 565 of our fans. Good turnout!
53: Last ditch!
King turns his man in the area and looks set to smash in our second, but James Perch dangles a leg and manages to nick the ball away! Unlucky!
Snapped...
Joshua King is back in the fold and has been lively at the start of the second half. Nothing clear cut created yet by either side though.
We're back underway...
... No changes from the Cherries as we get this second half underway.
BANG!
A cracking strike for the opener here!
45: HALF TIME...
... We're 1-0 up here thanks to Jordon Ibe's sublime strike! His second pre-season goal of the campaign so far.
41: GOAL FOR BOURNEMOUTH!
I tell you what, that is a belter from Jordon Ibe!He picked the ball up wide right, got into area and put it onto his left foot.
With his unfavoured foot he smashed a brilliant effort into the bottom corner!
Top stuff from Ibe - 1-0 here!
39: JUST WIDE!
Francis gives it to Mousset just outside the area, he turns and hits a vicious low drive which skids narrowly wide of the far left post. Decent effort from the Frenchman!
34: Overhead kick!
Francis slings one into the box and Mousset tries the spectacular! It slid well wide, but that's not the point!
Lovely effort and imagination, he seems very confident.
31: Poor challenge...
James Perch leaves one on Max Gradel. Not deliberately. If that's not a friendly its a definite yellow card.
30: An even half...
The headline says it all. Some good football from both sides.
25: IBE GOES CLOSE!
A simply sublime through ball from Lewis Cook sees Jordon Ibe race into the area from an angle, but he sidefoots it narrowly wide of the left post.
A big chance!
23: Chance for QPR.
QPR nick the ball of us and play Conor Washington into a dangerous area. He shoots early just outside the box but drags it wide of Boruc's post. A dangerous opening though.
18: Blocked!
We do play some sumptuous football at times! A lovely move culminates in Max Gradel receiving the ball on the edge, before firing a dangerous effort which is well blocked by James Perch.
15: The game has settled
As the title suggests, the game has slowed down in terms of chances.
The Cherries are looking for the smart one-twos and interplay in midfield to reach King and Mousset in advanced positions.
Surman in particular is speeding the play up with sharp passes to either full back.
10: Minutes applause
Loftus Road rises to their feet on the tenth minute with an excellent round of applause for Stan Bowles. Lovely stuff.
Early action...
As expected, we're playing the ball around quite nicely. The early forrays have come down the left hand side with Gradel and Daniels menacing.
Big chance for QPR.
So, after our first effort in the first 30 seconds, QPR could also be ahead.
A rebound falls to Josh Scowen, who turns in the area and shanks one wide of Boruc's post. It was just outside the six-yard box, so dangerous for us.
01: GREAT CHANCE!
A great early start from the Cherries who should score! Gradel got to the byline and played in a low cross. Mousset's dummy was exquisite and King blasted over the bar! Should be 1-0 up, but a good start!
01: We're underway!
It looks like Mousset is playing more as a number 9, with King in the number 10 position to kick us off.
3.01pm...
The teams are out!
They've been lead out by Stan Bowles, a really touching moment.
He's received a huge ovation.
It's 3pm...
... and the players still aren't out.
Not sure why!
Five minutes...
Five minutes to go until kick-off and the rain is still relentless.
Should add some zip to the surface - which looks in excellent nick - which could benefit us. Either way, the flagbearers are ready and we're waiting for the lads!
A big day for this man?
Lewis Cook starts today in his new number 16 shirt alongside Andrew Surman. A World Cup U20 winner after making his real breakthrough at the back end of last season.
There'll be some keen eyes on Lewis today!
Warm ups...
... they're done! The players pose for a picture with our mascots and head into the tunnel.
Our summer didn't last long, the rain is pouring down here at Loftus Road. The front couple of rows of our fans will be in for a wet day, but there's good support behind the goal though!
