Impairment-specific sessions
These are weekly advanced training sessions alongside other players with the same impairment.
These sessions are suitable for any player over the age of 16 with Cerebral Palsy, Down's Syndrome or a hearing impairment.
The session times are as below:
Cerebral Palsy
Thursday between 7-8pm at The Bourne Academy
Down’s Syndrome
Thursday between 7-8pm at The Bourne Academy
Hearing Impaired
Thursday between 7-8pm at The Bourne Academy
Places on these sessions must be pre-booked and no walk-ins will be accepted.

Ability Counts
These are weekly football sessions for any player over the age of five with any form of physical, learning or behaviour difficulty.
The sessions provide an opportunity for players to train and play competitive football or follow a recreational pathway.
Age groups and session times are as below:
U12 session – Players aged 5-12
Thursday between 4–5.30pm at the Littledown Centre
U16 Session – Players aged 12–16
Wednesday between 5.30–6.30pm at The Bourne Academy
Senior sessions – Players aged 16+
Monday between 5-6pm at Slades Park 3G
Places on these sessions must be pre-booked and no walk-ins will be accepted.

Ability Counts children enjoy surprise
FA Para Talent Hub
In partnership with the FA, AFC Bournemouth's Community Sports Trust host an FA Para Talent hub, which recognises talented players with Cerebral Palsy, hearing impairments and visual impairments, and offers advanced coaching sessions for players aged 7–16 years old.
These sessions form Step 2 of the England Disability Talent Pathway and are designed to offer talented players a platform to progress through. Sessions are held during school holidays at Slades Park on the 3G pitch.
Places on these sessions must be pre-booked and no walk-ins will be accepted.
