Football Education Programme
The Football Education Programme is open to males and females aged between 16 and 19 years old.
The full-time education and training programme, which is based at The Grange School in partnership with Twynham Learning, provides young sports enthusiasts with the chance to combine academic studies with football development.
The academic programme allows students to study for the NCFE Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport and Physical Activity, and on completion of the course students will attain the equivalent to three A-Levels.
The NCFE programme provides introductory skills to start a career in sport or progress within the employment sector. Where required, students also have the opportunity to resit GCSE Maths or English.
The Football Education Programme will provide students with comprehensive and quality training that will help make outstanding applicants for employment, apprenticeships, and further education opportunities at UK university and abroad with US scholarships.
The course includes an organised games programme against other professional clubs and football academies.

Female Football Education Programme
We're working in partnership with Brockenhurst College to offer a full-time programme, open to female students aged between 16 and 19 years old.
It's an opportunity to combine academic studies with a comprehensive football education programme. The academic curriculum can be tailored to match your education potential with a range of A-Levels and BTEC courses on offer. If required, students can also complete their Maths and English GCSEs.
The Female Football Education Programme provides access to coaching with a range of sessions available each day, including team sessions, 1-2-1s and recovery or gym based sessions. Extra support can also be provided through massage and strength and conditioning.
Students on the programme will compete in a fixture schedule on Wednesday afternoons as part of the National Football Youth League against other professional clubs.
