** Family Tickets in the main stand are taken by season tickets, but the club have designated block tickets. Block 29 in the south stand is an area that the club encourage family groups to buy their matchday tickets.
Prices for this area are as follows: 2 adults + 2 children = £64, 2 adults + 2 Junior Cherries = £58.
Tickets are available on-line, by phone, or over the counter from the Goldsands Stadium, BIC and Pavilion Ticket Offices.

When new/high profile fixtures go on sale we do experience heavy demand on our phone lines, during this time you may find it more convenient to call back later in the day.
Our telephone system does advise you of your position as you progress through the queue up to a maximum of 100.
Any booking made prior to three days before the day of a match will be automatically posted and incur an additional £1 fee. After this time, tickets can be colected from any of our in-person ticketing outlets at any time prior to kick-off. It is recommended that wherever possible you collect before the game day or as early on matchday as possible to avoid the possibility of queues.
You can buy your tickets online 24 hours a day, seven days a week at tickets.afcbdirect.co.uk using our pick a seat feature.

The Goldsands Stadium ticket office is located in the Club Store on non-match days, opening hours are between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, 9.30am-4pm on Saturdays and 11am-5pm on Sundays.
The Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) Ticket Office between 11.30am – 3pm Monday to Sunday. (NB – closed all day Sunday if there is no show that day). The BIC will open earlier on days when major events go on sale and on show nights. Please check the website for individual events.
The Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre Ticket Office between 10.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Sunday. (NB – closed all day Sunday if there is no show that day).
We accept cash, cheque and all major debit and credit cards. We do not accept American Express or postal orders.

A booking fee of £2 and an additional £1 postage apply to all online and phone bookings. Bookings made available for collection will not be charged the additional £1. Any bookings made within 3 working days of a fixture must be collected in person from any of our ticketing outlets. We advise supporters to collect their tickets as far in advance as possible as collecting close to kick off will likely cause delays.
After the postage deadline tickets can still be purchased online or over the phone for collection. AFC Bournemouth cannot be held responsible for the vagaries of any postal service. In the event of loss of tickets or non-delivery, AFC Bournemouth cannot be held responsible.
When purchasing tickets you will be required to provide your name & address details. This will create a booking history for you and you therefore won't be asked for all of your details every time you book tickets with us.
The club offers concessionary ticket pricing for customers in the following categories:
Over 65, under 16s and full Time NUS students.
Concessionary tickets will be asked for proof of eligibility unless previously registered with the ticket office.
Students who are in possession of an NUS student card or who can prove they are in full time education for the current 2013/14 season, as long as a valid photo and expiry date is shown on their student card, can obtain the student rate on their tickets.
Eligibility should be brought to every match, as turnstile operators and stewards reserve the right to check if they feel it necessary. If proof of eligibility cannot be provided then we reserve the right to refuse entry to the stadium. Stewards will check tickets and if no proof of concessionary status available the club reserves the right to remove a supporter from the ground or to deny admittance.

Supporters receiving middle or high rate of care and/or high rate of mobility will be entitled to a free personal assistant to acommpany them.

If a season ticket is left at home then the supporter should go to the ticket office, where their details will be taken and upon proof of identification & seat clarification, a duplicate match ticket will be issued at the discretion of the Ticket office Supervisor at a fee of £5.00.
If a season ticket has been lost then the ticket holder should report it immediately to the club. A charge of £25.00 will apply for re-producing a replacement season ticket.

Season ticket upgrades
To upgrade a season ticket to another section of the stadium the named season ticket holder must notify the ticket office of the change they wish to make no later than 24 hours before kick-off time. If a supporter is wishing to transfer to another person then the notification must give the full name and address of the person who will be using the ticket. In the case of a concessionary ticket being used by a person not fulfilling the concession requirements, the notification must be accompanied by a fee equal to the difference between full cost of the seat and the concessionary price applicable to that position.
Any season ticket card transferred will be retained by the Ticket office for the duration of the game(s) requested.
Season tickets can be upgraded on a match-by-match basis and can be moved for the remainder of the season.
Moving of a season ticket will incur an administrative charge of £20 to reproduce the season ticket card as well as any difference in price relating to moving to a different section of the stadium.
Misplaced or lost tickets
In the event of matchday tickets being misplaced or lost, supporters are advised to contact the ticket office at the earliest time possible prior to the fixture. Upon confirmation of address and booking details, supporters can be issued with duplicates of their tickets. Additional checks may be required to produce duplicate tickets.
If a season ticket is left at home then the supporter should go to the ticket office, where their details will be taken and upon proof of identification & seat clarification, a duplicate match will be issued from the Ticket office at the discretion of the Ticket office Supervisor at a fee of £5.00.
Any refunding or crediting of a purchased match ticket will be dealt with on an individual basis, any customer wishing to do so must visit the Ticket office and speak directly to the Ticketing Supervisor/Manager on duty. Refunds and/or credits will only be considered if the ticket office is notified no later than 24 hours before the fixture. A customer must produce these ticket(s) in person at the ticket office before it will be refunded.
Refunds will not be accepted on tickets if the game has already been played.
Postponed or abandoned matches
In the case where spectators have purchased a ticket to a game which is subsequently postponed before kick-off, ticket holders would be entitled to free admission to the rearranged fixture.
If a match is postponed or abandoned before half time, then all supporters in possession of an original ticket will be given half price entry to the replayed match.
If the game is abandoned after half time then there is no reduction in to the replayed match.
Anyone who cannot produce an original ticket stub will be required to pay full price.
Refunds relating to postponed or abandoned games can only be processed once the rearranged fixture date has been confirmed. These will be dealt with on an individual basis.
Supporters are advised to travel in plenty of time for the game.
Supporters parking is available to the south of the ground for just £1 for the duration of the match. The fee is payable on entrance to the car park upon production of a valid match ticket.
You may experience delays in leaving the car park after the final whistle, please be aware that there is an exit at the south end of the car park which will bring you out via Gloucester Road in Boscombe.
Alternatively, the Sovereign Centre on Christchurch Road, which is also approximately 10 minutes walk from the ground, is available for matchday parking for both Saturday and week night games. Parking fees are £2 or £2.50 dependent on the duration of your stay.
Several residential roads adjacent to the ground have parking restrictions which we would ask supporters to adhere to. Where these do not exist please be mindful of existing drive entrances and avoid parking illegally or unsafely as we are keen to have our games impact on our local residents as little as possible.
The Goldsands Stadium is in the heart of Kings Park and is surrounded by residential areas. We politely ask that you respect our neighbours at all times.
