The term season ticket refers to the card issued by AFC Bournemouth (The Club) which when presented at the turnstile gives entitlement to entry for a specific match and only at this point does the card become a ticket.
Definitions
In these terms and conditions:
"Club" means AFC Bournemouth Limited;
"Season" means the football season (usually running from August to May inclusive) for which a Season Ticket is valid;
"Season Ticket" means a season ticket card held by a Ticket Holder for the Season;
"Stadium" means the Club's ground at Dean Court, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH7 7AF;
"Ticket Holder" means the registered holder of a Season Ticket.
1. The Season Ticket remains the property of AFC Bournemouth at all times and its use is subject to compliance with the terms and conditions set out below.
2. This Season Ticket is sold subject to the Club Ground Regulations, a copy of which can be obtained from the Ticket Office, Dean Court, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH7 7AF.
3. The Season Ticket admits the ticket holder to all first team home games in the npower League. For cup games, your seat will be reserved but the Ticket Holder will have to purchase it within the timescale notified for the game.
4. The Season Ticket admits the holder to the Pontins Combination (Reserve Team Home League fixtures) or its equivalent.
5. Admission to Home Youth Team matches, testimonials & friendly matches is NOT included within the Season Ticket.
6. Ticket Holders purchasing by standing order are subject to additional terms & conditions applicable to that programme.
7. Application for a season ticket will be considered to constitute acceptance of the conditions.
8. Where availability demands, Ticket Holders will have the preference for the purchase of away match tickets for Cup Finals, provided that they apply within the timescale notified for such matches.
9. THE CARD ISSUED MUST BE PRESENTED AT THE TURNSTILE IN ORDER TO GAIN ENTRY TO VALID MATCHES. Ticket Holders are advised to take up your position not less than 30mins prior to the designated kick-off time.
10. Season Tickets ARE NOT TRANSFERRABLE unless notification is given to the Ticket Office Manager not later than 24 hours before kick-off time. The notification must give the full name, address and of the person who will be using the ticket. In the case of a concessionary ticket being used by a person not fulfilling the concession requirements, the notification must be accompanied by a fee equal to the difference between full cost of the seat and the concessionary price applicable to that position. Any season ticket card transferred will be retained by the Ticket Office for the duration of the game(s) requested.
11. The re-sale of the Season Ticket by the Ticket Holder is strictly prohibited and if proven will result in confiscation of the Season Ticket.
11. The club reserves the right to withdraw the Season Ticket from any person at any time should they contravene any ground regulations.
12. Season Tickets are valid for the advertised Match date, or to any date that a match is rescheduled. The dates and times of all of the Club's matches for the Season are subject to alteration on a regular basis and the Club shall have no liability whatsoever to Ticket Holders in respect of any such alterations. The Club shall however make reasonable endeavours to publicise any fixture changes as far in advance as possible (including via the Club website) and the Club recommends that Ticket Holders visit the Club website on a regular basis in order to check the latest dates and times of matches.
13. Any Ticket Holder that changes their address, contact telephone number or email address during the season, should notify the Ticket Office as soon as possible to enable us to keep our records up to date.
14. The club reserves its right to change any advertised fixture without notice and without liability. Play cannot be guaranteed to take place on a particular day or at a particular time.
15. The Club reserves its right to move Ticket Holders seat for any game subject to an extraordinary circumstance or on safety grounds.
16. Ticket Holders are reminded that it is a criminal offence to:
(a) Enter upon the field of play
(b) Chant foul, abusive or racist remarks
(c) Throw any objects towards the playing area or any other area of the stadium
(d) Be in possession of intoxicating liquor during the play whilst in view of the pitch or whilst entering the ground
(e) Be drunk whilst entering or attempting to enter the ground.
These are arrestable offences.
17. Ticket Holders entry to the stadium is conditional on your consent to being searched by club Stewards.
18. The use of transistor radios is not permitted in the ground, unless with a suitable ear Piece. Ticket Holders shall not bring into (or use within) the Stadium any equipment which is capable of recording footage of a match, save in respect of mobile phones used only for the purpose of making telephone calls or sending messages or emails in text form.
19. Mobile phones are permitted within the stadium provided that they are used for personal and private use only.
20. It is a breach of the ground regulations to stand in the seated areas during play except for the purposes of Access & egress.
21. The club reserves the right to confiscate any Season Ticket which has been subject to use by a person ineligible to the specified price type.
22. Duplicate Match Tickets in respect of a temporarily misplaced season ticket (i.e. left at home in error) will be issued from the Ticket Office at the discretion of the Ticket Office Manager at a fee of £5.00.
WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU INSURE YOUR SEASON TICKET AND KEEP IT SAFE AT ALL TIMES. IF LOST A CHARGE OF £20.00 WILL APPLY FOR PRODUCING A REPLACEMENT SEASON TICKET.
