Shaun Cooper made his return to action  this afternoon as the Cherries reserve side lost 1-0 against Plymouth in the Totesport.com Combination at Tiverton Town.

Cooper made a 45 minute appearance and came though with no problems and coach Joe Roach said, "It was great to see Shaun back out playing again.  He did what he had to do well enough and it was a good step for him after being out for so long.

It was a very difficult pitch to play on because it was very heavy.  Plymouth adapted to us better than us and it was a mistake that led to their goal.  We had a few chances during the game, but never looked dangerous in front of goal, but the important thing was to see Shaun get a run out and it was a good work out for the other professionals against a strong Plymouth side."
